APEX PDR specializes in paintless dent removal. Our founder, Donnie Pease, got his start being trained by and working for Natalio Balderrama, a pioneer in the PDR industry and the founder of Dent Wizard — the industry leader in PDR. After 18 years with Dent Wizard, in 2010, Donnie began working as an independent technician. He has run his own retail locations, done commercial fleet work, and worked for body shops throughout the United States and Canada, as well as in Europe, Mexico, and Argentina.

Integrity & Hard Work Some people think that PDR technicians who specialize in repairing hail damage are "storm chasers" who run fly-by-night operations and then leave town. Although we do work in various locations over the course of a year, our reputation is important to us, and we almost always work alongside reputable body repair shops. We focus on building lasting relationships with our partner body shops by providing the best possible service and the finest craftsmanship in the industry. Our goal is to be the first choice for PDR after the next hailstorm hits.

Growing up on a pig farm in rural Missouri, Donnie understands that there is no replacement for hard work and integrity. He brings these values to every job, and he takes pride in the quality of his work. He is often able to repair panels that other technicians say should be replaced, thus maintaining the factory finish and the value of the car. Even after 25 years in the industry, he finds immense satisfaction in his work, and he loves seeing the look of amazement on the faces of his customers when they get their vehicles back in the same condition as it was before the storm.
